Welfare visits

Your loved one may require welfare checks.

If your loved one lives alone and rarely has people visiting or has minimal visits, they may be unwell, fall ill, have a fall or suffer an injury and no one will know. Welfare checks monitors a person's safety, living condition, health conditions and as a result of the welfare visit,  issues can be identified and addressed.
